Spending an afternoon on a blogging social things happen that might appear odd to passers-by. Instagram, however, always appreciates a dessert snap. Meeting up with other bloggers, people with similar interests, rarely disappoints. Am a fan of making blogging social, taking the virtual into the real world. I’m lucky enough to have made some really good friends via the launch pad of blogging. Time to chat over cake, dessert and good food made for a good Sunday afternoon.
The venue the Cosy Club in Bristol, the event Blognic Bristol.
Bristol is busting with bloggers more social opportunities are a great idea. Blognic began in London, combining bloggers and a picnic, that was the plan in the Bristol. The weather for Sunday was predicted rain and called for a last-minute change of venue; the Cosy Club on Corn Street in central Bristol. It is a gem of a place, I’m not sure how I’ve not been there before.

An afternoon well spent (and I’m really sorry if I missed anyone out).
Love the look of this Gemma, so wished I lived in Bristol so that I could join in. Manchester seems a bit thin on the ground for events such as this sadly. The cosy club looks like a great venue as well, gorgeous!
What a fab group of bloggers and the venue looks AMAZING!!!
Oh to be tucking into that meringue now-yum! Such a fun afternoon and so lovely to meet you plus all the other talented and inspirational bloggers there. The perfect way to spend a drizzly Sunday! Bring on the next one.
Looks like an amazing place, and great for a blogger catch up. I rarely get to go on them or any events because many are weekdays, but I’m pleased there’s one coming up that I should be able to go to locally. It’s so nice to meet bloggers in the flesh.
Great pics. #magicmoments
Looks like you had a lovely day. I managed to completely miss this event due to not being in the right Facebook group. Will be looking out for more in future 🙂
Would love to join you next time. How do I find out about these things?
It looked so lovely Gemma!
Looks like a fantastic afternoon, Gemma! I didn’t know about it, otherwise I’d have popped down for a while. The Cosy Club does great cocktails and is in such a gorgeous building.
